Welcome to my Website! If you’re looking for a professional medical massage therapist, you’ve come to the right place. I love what I do and it shows through my practice.

I am trained in a variety of modalities; Craniosacral, Manual Lymphatic Drainage,  Medical Massage Therapy, pain relief, stress relief. Click on the "Services & Rates" page to learn more about the various techniques I use in my work. I now have the certification and license to file insurance claims as long as you have a massage prescription. I am licensed in both Illinois and Wisconsin.

I have my 200 hour yoga teacher training and have classes in restorative, vinyasa and chair yoga, meditation for the body and mind and Reiki.
